From Builder to Real Estate Expert: Our Journey in Marbella.
My path in the construction of residential buildings began with an ordinary working position, and 20 years later I was the director of a large construction company.
This experience gave me a deep understanding of all the processes, standards and what makes real estate truly convenient and valuable for the people who will live in it.
Together with my wife, Vlasenko Valeria, we organized a family agency, naming it in honor of the beautiful city in Spain - Marbella, where we have lived and worked for over 10 years.
We devote our time entirely to helping you find the best real estate option among the many offers on the market in cities such as Marbella, Estepona, Elviria and Sotogrande.
Our company officially represents 73 construction companies that are engaged in the construction of high-quality residential complexes and villas in the Costa del Sol region.

Over the years, we have formed a department for paperwork, which includes: a translator to accompany government agencies, a lawyer specializing exclusively in real estate issues, a lawyer involved in the preparation of all necessary documents, and a notary with whom we have been cooperating for many years.
Valeria and I personally accompany our partners to property viewings, providing an individual approach and attention to every detail.
Over many years of work, we have gained experience in the proper care of real estate so that it always looks attractive and bright, and not just in the first year after purchase. For this purpose, we have created a specialized department, which includes employees trained by us, who undergo rigorous quality control of the work performed.
